Product Information
& Availability Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains how we describe our products, how accurate our images, dimensions, colors, and prices are meant to be, and what happens when an item is out of stock, changes, or is discontinued.

It applies to every product listed by BAKXYSHAKE, an ice cream shop supplies and accessories store founded in 2026.

01Purpose of this policy

BAKXYSHAKE sells serving tools and counter accessories for ice cream shops, cafes, food trucks, and independent sellers, including scoops and dishers, cone holders and display stands, serving accessories, storage pans and caddies, dispensers and portioning tools, and counter organizers. We want you to choose the right item with confidence, so this Product Information and Availability Policy explains how we present product information, how reliable that information is, and how we handle the ordinary realities of stock, pricing, and product change.

We take real care to describe every product honestly and to keep our listings current, but small errors, image variation, and stock movement are normal in any catalog. This policy sets out what you can reasonably expect from our listings, what to do if something looks wrong, and how we correct genuine mistakes. Our aim is to be clear and fair, not to hide behind fine print.

This policy works together with our Terms of Service, our Payment and Billing Policy, our Shipping and Delivery Policy, and our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Where those documents cover a related topic, such as how you are charged or how to return an item, they apply alongside this one. Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you buy.

02Accuracy of product descriptions

We write our product descriptions to reflect the item as we understand it from our own handling and from the information our manufacturers provide. We describe materials, sizes, capacities, features, and intended uses as accurately as we reasonably can, and we update a listing when we learn that something has changed. The short preview line and the longer description on each product page are meant to give you a fair, honest picture of what you will receive.

Even with that care, a description may occasionally contain a typographical error, an omission, or a detail that has fallen out of date because a manufacturer changed a specification. We do not warrant that every description is complete, current, and free of every error at all times. Where a genuine error affects a material part of a listing, we will correct it as soon as we reasonably can once we become aware of it.

If a description is important to your decision, particularly for capacity, fit, or a specific feature, we encourage you to read the full product page rather than the preview line alone, and to contact us before ordering if anything is unclear. We would much rather answer a question in advance than have an item arrive that was not what you expected. If you receive an item that does not match its description in a material way, contact us and we will make it right under our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

03Images and colors

Product photographs and any illustrations are provided to help you see an item, and we choose images that represent each product fairly. Images are, however, representative rather than exact. The way a product appears on your screen depends on your device, its display settings, its color calibration, the lighting in the original photograph, and the ambient light where you view it, so the color, finish, sheen, and tone you see may differ from the physical item.

Brushed stainless, cast aluminum, and food-grade plastics in particular can look warmer, cooler, brighter, or more matte on a screen than they do in the hand. Neutral tones described as such may photograph slightly differently from batch to batch. Where a product is offered in more than one finish or where a set contains several pieces, the image is intended to show the general appearance, not to guarantee an exact shade.

Images may also show an item in use, styled on a counter, or grouped with other products for context. Unless a listing clearly states that additional items are included, accessories, props, food, and staging shown in a photograph are for illustration only and are not part of what you buy. Always rely on the written description and the stated contents of a listing to confirm exactly what is included, and treat color as an approximate guide rather than a precise match.

04Dimensions and measurement tolerances

Where we state dimensions, capacities, weights, or counts, such as a bowl size in millimeters, a pan volume in quarts, a rail length in inches, or a pack count, we do our best to state them accurately based on manufacturer data and our own measurement. These figures are provided as a helpful guide to size and capacity, not as a guaranteed exact specification for every individual unit.

Manufactured goods carry normal production tolerances, so an actual measurement may vary slightly from the stated figure. A dimension may be rounded or converted between metric and imperial units, and a stated capacity may reflect a nominal working volume rather than a brim-full measurement. Small variations of this kind are inherent in manufacturing and are not defects. If a precise dimension is critical to your setup, for example to fit a tool into a specific well, rail, or space, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the measurement that matters to you.

Pack counts and set contents are stated on each listing, and we intend them to be exact. If you receive a pack or set whose count or contents differ from what the listing states, that is a fulfillment issue rather than a tolerance matter, and you should contact us so we can correct it. Ordinary dimensional variation within normal tolerances, by contrast, is expected and does not on its own make an item faulty.

05Pricing accuracy and error correction

All prices are shown in United States dollars and are the prices in effect at the time you view a listing. We work to keep prices accurate and current, and the price displayed at checkout is the price we intend to charge for that order. Prices may change over time as our costs and our suppliers' prices change, and a price you saw previously may differ from the current price on a later visit.

Despite our care, a listing may occasionally show an incorrect price because of a typographical error, a data or currency mistake, or a technical fault. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to cancel or decline any order placed at a price that was clearly wrong, even after an order has been submitted or acknowledged. A confirmation that an order has been received is not our agreement to sell at an obviously mistaken price.

If we discover a material pricing error that affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before charging or shipping, explain the correct price, and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or to cancel the affected item for a full refund of anything paid for it. We will not knowingly charge you a corrected higher price without giving you the chance to decline. Taxes, shipping, and any other charges are handled as described in our Payment and Billing Policy and our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

06Availability and stock changes

All products are offered subject to availability. The stock status shown on a listing reflects our best current information, but inventory moves quickly, and an item can sell out between the moment you view it and the moment your order is processed. Displaying a product, or accepting an order for it, does not guarantee that the item is in stock or that we can fulfill it.

If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will let you know promptly and offer you the available options, which may include waiting for restock, choosing an alternative, or cancelling the unavailable item for a full refund of anything paid for it. Where only part of an order is unavailable, we will normally proceed with the available items and handle the unavailable ones separately, keeping you informed.

Stock levels, the products we carry, and the options available for a given product can change at any time and without prior notice, because they depend on our suppliers and on demand. We may add products, remove products, or pause the sale of a product as our range evolves. Availability information is provided in good faith as a current indication and is not a promise of continued or future stock.

07Backorders and discontinued items

From time to time an item may be temporarily out of stock but expected to return, in which case we may offer it on backorder or invite you to wait for restock. Where a backorder is available, we will make the expected timing as clear as we reasonably can, though restock dates come from our suppliers and can move. If a backorder will be delayed significantly beyond what we indicated, we will tell you and give you the choice to keep waiting or to cancel the backordered item for a full refund of anything paid for it.

Occasionally a product is discontinued, either because we stop carrying it or because a manufacturer stops making it. When an item is discontinued, we will remove it from active sale once remaining stock is gone. If you have an open order for an item that becomes discontinued before we can fulfill it, we will contact you, explain the situation, and offer a suitable alternative where one exists or a full refund of anything paid for the discontinued item.

We are not able to guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular product, finish, or pack size, and we cannot promise that a discontinued item will return. If continuity of a specific item matters to your operation, for example because you want to standardize a station on one tool, please talk to us about your needs and about our wholesale and restock options, which can help you plan ahead.

08Substitutions with consent

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will not simply swap in a different product on our own. Where a comparable alternative exists, we may offer it to you as a substitution, but we will only send a substitute item with your consent. You are free to accept the alternative, wait for the original item where that is possible, or cancel the affected item for a full refund of anything paid for it.

When we propose a substitution, we will describe how the alternative compares to your original choice, including any difference in specification, capacity, finish, or price. If a substitute costs less, we will charge the lower price or refund the difference as appropriate; if it costs more, we will not charge the higher price unless you agree to it first. Our goal is that any substitution leaves you no worse off and fully informed.

For orders where timing is critical, please tell us in advance whether you would prefer a suitable substitution or would rather we hold or cancel an unavailable item. Letting us know your preference up front helps us keep your order moving without guessing, while still respecting your right to decide what you receive.

09Product updates and revisions

Manufacturers improve and revise products over time, and the items we carry may be updated with minor changes to materials, finish, packaging, hardware, or small design details. These revisions are a normal part of a product's life and usually preserve the item's core function, size, and purpose. Where a change is minor and does not materially affect what the product does or how it fits, we may supply the current revision of an item against your order without separate notice.

Where a revision materially changes a product in a way that could matter to your decision, for example a meaningful change in capacity, dimensions, or a key feature, we will treat it as a changed product: we will update the listing to reflect the new specification and, for open orders affected by the change, contact you to confirm you are happy to proceed. We will not knowingly send you a materially different item without making the difference clear.

Because listings reflect our current understanding of the current revision, the exact item you receive may differ in small, non-material ways from an older photograph or an earlier description you may have seen. If a specific detail is important to you, confirm it with us at the time of ordering so we can tell you what the current revision provides.

10Third-party manufacturer specifications

Many details in our listings, including certain dimensions, capacities, material descriptions, and feature claims, originate with the third-party manufacturers who make the products we resell. We pass this information on in good faith and take reasonable steps to present it accurately, but we do not independently verify every specification, and we rely on our suppliers to provide correct data and to tell us when something changes.

Where a manufacturer's own specification, instruction, or care guidance accompanies a product, that manufacturer information governs the technical details of the item, and you should follow it. If a manufacturer updates a specification or corrects an earlier figure, the corrected manufacturer information prevails over any older figure that may still appear in a cached page, a screenshot, or third-party listing. We update our own listings to match as we become aware of such changes.

We are a reseller, not the maker of these products, and any manufacturer warranty, certification, or compliance statement is provided by the manufacturer on the manufacturer's terms. If you need a specific manufacturer document or certification for a regulated purpose, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is available for that item. This section does not limit any right you have against us as your seller under the mandatory law that applies to your purchase.

11Right to limit quantities

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold to a single customer, household, or business, and to limit or refuse orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, are unusually large relative to available stock, or would prevent us from serving our broader base of small-business customers fairly. Where a per-order or per-customer limit applies, we will make it clear on the listing or at checkout wherever we reasonably can.

These limits help us keep fast-moving items in stock for the cafes, scoop shops, trucks, and independent sellers we serve, and they let us allocate scarce stock sensibly during periods of high demand or supply constraint. Limits may be applied at the level of an order, a customer account, a payment method, or a shipping address, and they may change as availability changes.

If we cannot fulfill a quantity you have requested because of a limit or a stock constraint, we will let you know, fulfill what we can where you wish, and refund anything paid for the portion we cannot supply. If your business needs larger or recurring volumes, please contact us about our wholesale account and restock subscription options, which are designed to plan for volume in advance rather than through single large orders.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Product Information and Availability Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our catalog, our processes, or the law. When we make a material change, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown near the top of this page, and the version published here is the version that applies to your orders. We encourage you to review this policy periodically so you know how we handle product information, pricing, and availability.

Continuing to place orders after an update means the updated policy applies to those orders. If a change would materially affect how we handle an aspect of your purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to make the update clear. If you have any question about how this policy applies to something you are considering, contact us before you order.
